All membership fees are non-refundable. Because members receive immediate access to downloadable materials upon enrollment, no refunds will be issued for any reason after payment has been processed.

Your ASTPS Professional Membership will automatically renew on an annual basis, and your payment method on file will be charged the applicable membership fee on your renewal date. To cancel, you must notify us by emailing help@astps.org at least 24 hours prior to your renewal date (reminder emails will be sent prior to renewal date). Cancellation requests received after this deadline will not prevent the renewal charge for the upcoming membership year.

ASTPS reserves the right to terminate a membership at any time, without refund, if a member is found to be in violation of the ASTPS Code of Conduct.
